New Condominium Construction in NYC

Built. A 14,838 sq ft ground-up condominium of large duplex apartments behind a custom faceted brick facade, for Urban Standard Development to a design by Hollwich Kushner. PARC was general contractor.

Built. A 14,447 sq ft eight-story condominium on a narrow Chelsea lot, its facade a grid of bent metal panels fabricated in New York City. Client Urban Standard Development, architect Think! Architecture and Design; PARC as general contractor.

Built. A four-story commercial building converted and enlarged into a seven-story condominium of five residences, three new floors carried up over the existing structure in a sequenced series of structural moves. 14,925 sq ft; interiors by Katch I.D.

Built. A 26,117 sq ft ground-up condominium on a double lot between nineteenth-century townhouses, with a grey brick grid facade and deep-set steel windows. Design RAAD Studio, architect of record Kutnicki Bernstein; PARC as general contractor.
