Projects PARC sponsors and builds, alone or as development partner with owners and investors: site identification, assemblage and zoning analysis, approvals, design management and architect selection, financing structure, and joint ventures with a builder's underwriting of hard costs, schedule and risk before acquisition.

PARC stands in for the owner, leading architects, engineers and the contractor from concept through construction documents; budget and schedule held through bid leveling and monthly cost reporting; DOB filings, zoning, energy code and Certificate of Occupancy; field quality control, punch list, warranties and handover.
