Residences. A 3,200 sq ft penthouse in the 1930 London Terrace complex, rebuilt around a library, a paneled study and a long gallery hall, with every window replaced by new steel casements. Architect JansonGoldstein; PARC as general contractor.

Residences. A brownstone gut renovation with an excavated rear yard, a new extension, a rebuilt roof with a glass stair bulkhead, six restored fireplaces, a walnut staircase matched to the original, and a lower level with cedar sauna, steam room and gym.

Residences. A 2,200 sq ft Tribeca loft organized around a kitchen of book-matched marble, glass-front cabinetry, a walnut island and a brass-trimmed hood beneath the original timber columns. Design by Lauren Stern Design; PARC as general contractor.

Built. A 14,838 sq ft ground-up condominium of large duplex apartments behind a custom faceted brick facade, for Urban Standard Development to a design by Hollwich Kushner. PARC was general contractor.

Built. A 14,447 sq ft eight-story condominium on a narrow Chelsea lot, its facade a grid of bent metal panels fabricated in New York City. Client Urban Standard Development, architect Think! Architecture and Design; PARC as general contractor.

Built. A four-story commercial building converted and enlarged into a seven-story condominium of five residences, three new floors carried up over the existing structure in a sequenced series of structural moves. 14,925 sq ft; interiors by Katch I.D.

Built. A 26,117 sq ft ground-up condominium on a double lot between nineteenth-century townhouses, with a grey brick grid facade and deep-set steel windows. Design RAAD Studio, architect of record Kutnicki Bernstein; PARC as general contractor.

Developed. A six-story 1910 horse stable enlarged into a ten-story luxury condominium of 49,606 sq ft, new floors carried up through the original frame with cantilevered dormers. Architect Rogers Partners, interiors Neal Beckstedt Studio; PARC as developer and general contractor.

Developed. A ground-up mixed-use tower of 180 apartments over retail, 213,225 sq ft, clad in pearlescent metal panels. Co-developed with Delshah Capital to a design by CetraRuddy; PARC as co-developer and owner's representative.

Developed. A 42,079 sq ft ground-up building on a former gas station site, excavated for automated underground parking with a space for every condominium. Developed with Avery Hall Investments, architect BKSK; PARC as co-developer and general contractor.

Developed. A 16-story, 81,865 sq ft condominium tower on Norfolk Street whose pixelated blue glass envelope folds to follow the zoning envelope and cantilevers over the tenement rooflines. Design architect Bernard Tschumi; PARC as developer and general contractor.

Hospitality. A 4,215 sq ft gut renovation of a Bowery storefront into a restaurant and wine bar with an exposed brick shell, a book-matched marble bar, plaster banquettes and an open kitchen. Architect Kushner Studios, interiors hOmE; PARC as general contractor.

Hospitality. A 3,785 sq ft gut renovation of a two-level restaurant on Columbus Avenue: a full-length mahogany bar, ironwork arches and a pressed-tin ceiling upstairs, a second bar, billiard room and velvet-draped lounge in the cellar. PARC as general contractor.
