We pressure wash the entire surface to remove grime, staining, and buildup. Grease and oil get degreased first because anything left on the slab will compromise the bond of everything that comes after it.
Cracks, divots, and pitting are repaired with the material that fits the condition, whether that's feather-edge fillers, epoxy injection, or patching mortars depending on what the slab needs. Sound concrete in good condition skips this step entirely.
A resurfacing mortar goes down as a full new coat across the slab, troweled smooth or broom-finished for slip resistance depending on the application. It cures to 4,000 psi, is color-matched to the surrounding concrete, and is frost-resistant.
An aqueous nano-particle sealer penetrates the surface rather than sitting on top as a film that wears from the outside down. It blocks water and stain infiltration at the source. Reapply every three years with no grinding, no disruption, and no resetting the clock.
