James P. Roddy Sr. House

Next door to the previous post is the James P. Roddy Sr. House, built in 1918. In 1902 Roddy and W.H. Goodman became Coca-Cola franchisees with Dr. David H. Williams (Eugenia Williams’s father) investing in the company. Roddy lived in this house until his death in 1961.
