Concrete House (Bruce McCarty)

This next house on the 2023 Modernism Home Tour is the Concrete House by Bruce McCarty in 1954. It was featured in the Parade of Homes as an affordable home prototype. It features exposed precast concrete bents as the structural elements. Aluminum storefront doors and windows give the house a feel of openness to the outdoors.
