Behind the scenes, our team works together to support every step of your move. Rather than one agent managing everything, we operate as a team so multiple things move forward at once. You'll work closely with your agent, while Lynne oversees the contract-to-close process timelines, paperwork, and coordination and Shelbi handles communication and marketing for a seamless experience start to finish.
Kanani is the Curtin Team's Lead Agent Partner & Mentor. Kanani comes to real estate from a career in sales and marketing in the medical diagnostics industry and most recently as a Life and Business Strategist for women. She was a Curtin Team client when her family relocated here from New Jersey and was so impressed with the Curtin Team's follow-up and commitment to the community that she now is part of the team! She is passionate about serving others while also making a positive impact in the world. Kanani was born and raised in Hawaii and has lived in 7 states so she is no stranger to the moving process! Kanani lives in Alpharetta with her husband, Scott, two college sons, Dominic and Riley, and two rescue dogs, Hutch and Rocky. Kanani also serves on the board of the Children's Development Academy in Roswell and enjoys volunteering in our community. Kanani blends her business background, life coaching tools, and her commitment to serving others to help others make their best real estate move. She is dedicated to making the home buying and selling process a positive experience.
