The dry-aged steaks are cut to YOUR specification, the wine cellar holds close to half a million bottles, and then they take you upstairs to the dessert room which is an experience that doesn't exist anywhere else in this state. Jamie's face the first time he walked into that dessert room was worth the entire dinner. You pick your steak by thickness, you choose the exact temperature, and they nail it every time.
