15. Scenes From the Table, Bourbon Steak and the Executive Chef Who Lands Every Service
Julie called it beautiful the moment she walked in, loving how it sits right on Atlantic Avenue where everything's happening. She told Pablo flat out she's coming back many, many times.
The restaurant was only three months old when Julie visited - "still in diapers," as Pablo joked. Even so, he was already confident they'd be on Atlantic Avenue for years to come.
This is where you'd go to actually see the plates and the room Julie kept gushing about. No banter, no mics - just the visuals.
Julie never actually met Mina, but Pablo told her the lobster pot pie origin story tableside. Her reaction summed it up: "I can eat the whole thing."
This was the show that actually made the trip to Bourbon Steak, cameras and mics in tow. Julie called the tasting itself amazing and said she loved every minute of the conversation with Pablo.
