1915 Sullivan & Underwood model home, Fourth & Gill, Knoxville, TN

This craftsman bungalow is a model home built by J.W. Sullivan and W.H. Underwood in 1915. They bought two larger lots in 1905 and subdivided them into 17 smaller lots.
