Hey there! I’m Cailean (pronounced Kay-lynn), based in sunny Scottsdale, AZ. I build talent engines that scale. Over the last decade, I’ve helped startups go from scrappy to sophisticated by building high-performing recruiting functions across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Creative, Sales, and more. Most recently, I led Talent Acquisition (while carrying my own reqs) for a high-growth tech company, where I helped scale teams across the U.S. and internationally while building a recruiting function that could support rapid growth. Earlier in my career, I joined a fast-moving startup and built a global hiring engine from the ground up...hiring across 14 countries and setting the foundation for scale.
