Yardley Flats

The last stop on this year's Downtown Home Tour was Yardley Flats. These apartments were just completed this year and are named after William Francis Yardley, who was a civil rights leader, politician, and Knoxville's first black attorney (born 1844, died 1924). The apartments are adjacent to the new baseball stadium. Some apartments have stadium views, but all have access to a community room with deck that let's you enjoy a game. #downtownknoxville #knoxvilletn
