The Overlook

My last stop on this year's Downtown Home Tour was The Overlook, which was completed in 2020. This is a ten unit condo building where there are two units on each floor that span front to back in the building. You enter the building in the glass lobby on the ground level and take the elevator to the front porch of the unit. There were two units on the tour, and they had different configurations. One had the living room on the front, one had the living room on the back. One had an open kitchen, one had a galley kitchen. This infill lot had a great view of the Tennessee River and Henley Street Bridge but had been a parking lot for decades. The residents still have parking on the ground level, but now the property is usable for living as well. #downtownknoxville #knoxvilletn
