Easily top 2 coolest, most popping neighborhood. This area would be my first choice of location to stay. From food, to architecture, to safety, this neighborhood is ideal.
The most touristy of all locations, but pretty cool as well. Would also stay here, it is a bit busy and lots of tourist traps though.
The neighborhood that borders the ocean. Worth a good walk and a meal or two. Definitely hit the beach, just be careful of tourist traps.
One of my favorite bars in the whole world. DJ in there every night mixing the funkiest music straight from CD’s. Also serves wonderful food and the owner is a legend.
Came here all the time on Wednesdays, awesome Mojitos for a good price. It is under a restaurant in this really cool cave where they mix on vinyl. This place is definitely worth the visit.
Miro was one of the best and his museum hits the mark. I highly recommend going to this on your day of exploring Mont Juic.
National Catalonia art museum. Must see if you enjoy art, or at least go visit the outside and Placa Espanya below. One of the coolest places in Barcelona. Full of art and history.
Easily the best sunset of Barcelona. I’d say this is a must do one of of the nights. So many locals up there drinking Estrellas and having a good time to a breathtaking view.

Located close to the beach in Born, this was my favorite restaurant in the city. I felt it encapsulated the food culture here so well and was always a great time. Plus it is extremely affordable.
