I loved my stay here. the rooms were comfortable, large, and I had a great view of the harbor from my balcony. They have a restaurant, Cafe, fitness center, pool, etc.
The easiest way to get from Seattle to Victoria is FRS Clipper. It's 3 hours of smooth sailing through the Salish sea, and a really fun experience.
