IDN Bahan: 4 kentang ukuran sedang 6 sdm tepung maizena 1/2 sdt garam dan 1/2 sdt lada 1 sdm parsley kering step by step: • Pertama cuci bersih kentang dan kupas, potong kotak besar dan rebus hingga mudah dihaluskan kurang lebih 10-15 menit dari air mendidih. • Tiriskan dan haluskan menggunakan potato mashers dan tambahkan tepung dan bumbu lainnya, aduk hingga merata dan bagu menjadi 2 adonan. • Siapkan tempat untuk memipihkan adonan, pipihkan menggunakan rolling pin dan cetak menggunakan cetakan bunga atau sesuai selera. • lakukan hal yang sama untuk adonan ke-2. • Panaskan minyak dalam pan api sedang, masukkan kentang biarkan jangan diaduk sebelum mengeras, jika sudah berubah warna keemasan balik dan angkat apabila sudah keemasan sempurna. • Sajikan dengan saus cocolan selamat mencoba!
