Olelo Intelligence is led by a diverse and experienced team combining decades of expertise across technology, product development, sales, and AI engineering. CEO and co-founder Miki Hardisty brings over 30 years of technology leadership spanning finance, computer hardware, and professional services, with specialized knowledge in AI, data science, and software engineering. Alongside her, co-founder and Chief Product Officer Ed Moore contributes extensive experience in boosting sales and operations within the mortgage and banking sectors, leveraging his background in managing large enterprise production teams and deploying performance-enhancing technologies to drive Olelo Intelligence's product development.

The engineering team is composed of skilled specialists across AI and infrastructure. Ella Fontenot, an AI Engineer with full-stack capabilities, brings expertise in iOS development, AI tooling, and agentic coding systems, along with entrepreneurial experience as a former startup CTO and a UC Santa Cruz computer science graduate. Dylan Ginsberg serves as an AI Engineer and Data Scientist, focused on building AI systems that make complex information simple and usable, with a foundation in Python, SQL, and applied machine learning. Sergio Jimenez leads AI infrastructure as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in backend development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps automation, with extensive experience in Node.js, AWS, and scalable microservices architectures.

Rounding out the team, Dalyn Beck heads Sales Operations, bringing 12 years of tech sales experience in building and leading growth-focused teams. She is known for developing strong go-to-market strategies, building high-performing sales organizations, and translating complex products into clear business outcomes. Together, this team combines deep technical capability with strong commercial acumen, positioning Olelo Intelligence to deliver its AI sales coaching platform to the auto repair industry.
