ELEVATION® S60 is a sheet waterproofing membrane engineered specifically for use with the ELEVATION® ONE Waterproofing System. This product ensures reliable protection against water intrusion, making it ideal for various construction applications.

ELEVATION® SP1 Waterproofing Primer is a water-based, pressure sensitive primer for use with S60 Sheet waterproof membrane. SP1 is suitable for use for application to concrete, plywood and polyisocyanurate roofing insulation.

Elevation® SM2 Urethane Waterproofing is a multi-purpose, resilient joint sealant that combines economy and high performance. It is ideal for a wide range of applications where joint movement requires compression and extension in excess of 25%.

Roll-formed 26-gauge galvanized steel base flashing installed along perimeter walls of balcony assemblies. Provides a flat, rigid, and uninterrupted substrate for the Elevation S60 waterproof membrane to bond to, compensating for framing gaps, inconsistencies, and omissions at the base of framed walls. Waterproofing performance is no longer dependent on perfect field conditions.

Roll-formed 26-gauge galvanized steel drip edge installed at the exposed perimeter of balcony assemblies beneath the Integrated waterproof membrane. Channels subsurface water that infiltrates beneath the concrete wear surface and evacuates it outward, away from the building facade and framing.

DM2 Elite is a high compression resistant cuspated HDPE design bonded to a 125g non-woven filter fabric. DM2 Elite has a continuous sheet of polyolefin plastic providing an additional waterproof/protective layer over the Elevation Waterproofing System.

Properly installed, the 2X Drip Edge T-Bar provides advanced pour stop functionality with breakthrough secondary drip edge technology that actively drives moisture away from the bar face, preventing alkaline staining and long-term discoloration while maintaining superior weep system performance. The 2X Drip Edge T-Bar is precision-engineered to our enhanced specifications, delivering exceptional strength, dimensional consistency, and finish protection that significantly outperforms standard termination bars and regional alternatives.

Properly installed, Elevation® Termination Bar (T-Bar) provides a pour stop for the wear layer on a waterproofed balcony and maintains a weep system to ensure proper removal of moisture trapped beneath the wear layer. The Elevation® Termination Bar is manufactured to our specifications resulting in greater strength and consistency of dimension, gauge and finish when compared to many regionally available products.

T-Guard Tape is designed to provide superior protection for T-Bars during painting, spraying, and other finishing processes. It features a UV-stabilized adhesive that prevents melting to surfaces and allows for easy removal after application.

Made of EPDM rubber, providing a constant weep system gap between the drip edge and T-bar. The rubber properties provide an enhanced seal around fastening penetrations.

TTP’s eliminate relying on sealants and layers of membrane to seal the joint where the T-bar and Drip Edge flashing meet the building.

Elevation® Combo Corners Flashing Corners are Galvanized or Poly corners designed to provide flashing support at outside corners and door opening, while providing a smooth clean surface for proper S60 membrane adhesion at corners.

Designed to deliver a fast, reliable, worry-free solution for the waterproofing of balcony rail post embedded plates. Constructed of durable ABS, designed as a flashing pan that surrounds the embedded plate with a three lip system.

ELEVATION® RSE (Railing Embed Support) rail mounting plate provides a mounting plate for railing systems to weld to once the finished concrete is installed. Due to the offset top plate and post, you lose less square footage of the balcony.

Elevation® FT Tape waterproofing tape is a pressure sensitive tape recommended for use during flood testing of installed Elevation® Waterproofing Systems. The flashing tape is manufactured with a nominal 2 mil aluminum foil backing and a high-performance rubber adhesive.

NPS is a self-crosslinking, nano-based aqueous copolymer concrete sealer in a single-component, water-based formula. It bonds into the substrate for penetrating adhesion, with 60 mg abrasion resistance per ASTM D4060 and FDA 21 CFR 175.300 compliance for indirect food contact surfaces when fully cured.
