Located in the former boiler room of The Humphrey Building, Bathtub Gin & Co. is a multi-level cocktail bar tucked beneath one of Belltown’s most storied buildings. Designed by architect Warren Milner in 1923 and completed in 1928, The Humphrey is known for its intricate terra cotta ornamentation and stands as one of the largest pre-1930 apartment buildings still in the neighborhood.
