I built The Manhattan Lab to be the go-to podcast studio for serious creators in NYC. Located at 52nd & Lexington in Midtown East, we offer flat-rate recording, multi-camera editing, and monthly memberships backed by 20+ years of combined production experience.
The Manhattan Lab is a podcast recording studio in Midtown Manhattan, founded by CEO Matt Marlinski with over 15 years in video production and broadcast television. The studio was built to solve a real problem: high-quality recording run by professionals who work quickly at an affordable price.
Led by a team with 20+ years of combined experience, The Manhattan Lab operates out of 600 Lexington Ave in Midtown East and serves podcasters at every level. Past clients include Anthony Pompliano of The Pomp Podcast, Phil Rosen of Opening Bell Daily, and Jacquelyn Melinek of Talking Tokens.
The studio offers three distinct sets: a glass-backdrop office view, black curtains with customizable LED lighting, and a two-person couch with textured wallpaper that accommodates up to four guests. All sets are equipped with 4K cinema cameras, four industry-standard microphones, a broadcast switcher, and 1 Gbps upload for live streaming or remote recording via Zoom and Riverside.
The Manhattan Lab offers flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees across three tiers: hourly recording with raw files delivered via Google Drive, a Premium Package that includes multi-camera editing, and a monthly membership with full VIP services, including clips, distribution, and a dedicated podcast producer. Files are delivered within two hours of recording.
The studio operates Monday through Friday from 1 pm to 8 pm at 600 Lexington Ave in Midtown East. Due to high demand, the studio is currently sold out, but prospective clients can submit an inquiry through the contact form to be connected with The Manhattan Lab's concierge team.
