Stevens-Duffield House

Here are two more Sonoran Row Houses. The first one is the Stevens-Duffield House, built in 1865. Hiram Stevens bought one part, and Milton B. Duffield bought the other. Duffield was killed over a property dispute in 1870, and Stevens bought his property four years later. Then in 1893 he killed himself after attempting to kill his wife. Edward N. Fish built the second house in 1868.
