I am a Director in the Corporate team at Fieldfisher, a leading European law firm, based in our Silicon Valley office. I am an English-qualified attorney (solicitor) and a registered Foreign Legal Consultant with the State Bar of California. I advise emerging and high-growth companies as they expand and operate internationally, with a particular focus on guiding U.S.-based technology and life sciences businesses through every stage of their European journey, from initial market entry to scaling operations and completing cross-border transactions. My work includes advising on international expansion strategies, structuring European operations, and supporting clients through acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. I work closely with Fieldfisher’s specialist teams across Europe to deliver integrated and practical support.
