Keith House

My next stop on this year's Old North Knoxville's Home Tour was the Keith House. I didn't realize it until I read the description, but this house was built in 2016. It blended in with houses 100 years older in the neighborhood because it was done in the Craftsman Revival style with Folk Victorian massing. This lot originally had a house that first showed up on the 1917 Sanborn maps. Looking at historical aerial photos, this lot had been vacant for decades before this current house came about.
