1890, Parkridge, Knoxville, TN by George F. Barber

These two houses are twins of Barber's Cottage Souvenir No. 2's Design No. 38, built in 1890. They differ from the example house picture in the catalogue (from McClung Historical Collection) in having glossy brown tile as their main exterior material. I don't know if I've ever seen that before! The oriel window is a nice touch.
