Medical Arts Building

My last stop on this year's Downtown Home Tour is the Medical Arts Building. It was designed by Manley and Young in the Gothic Revival style and was built in 1932. It was designed for doctors' offices and other commercial tenants and remained that way until 2012 when plans were announced to convert it to residential use. #downtownknoxville #knoxvilletn #gothicrevival
