This local roaster started as a pop-up cart and grew into a beloved brick-and-mortar right in the middle of the downtown square. The space is compact (about 25 seats) but the energy is big — great music, a welcoming crew they call the "Pit Crew," and a sunny patio that's perfect on a Saturday morning. They roast their own beans and offer both specialty espresso drinks and fun flavored lattes for the less coffee-purist crowd. Grab a bag of beans to take home or swing by on a Friday for Donut Friday (a local tradition).
