Thomas J & Helen Clark Peed House (Bertha Clark House) by Baumann Brothers

The last stop on this year's Old North Knoxville Home Tour was the Thomas J and Helen Clark Peed House. It is an Eastlake Victorian built in 1889. Though it was previously credited as being a George Barber house, it has now been confirmed as another Knoxville architecture firm's work (the Baumann Brothers). Currently it is undergoing restoration. It contains many fireplaces, stained glass windows, and woodwork that will be reused.
