Coffin-Lawson House

My next stop on the 2024 Fourth & Gill Tour of Homes was this house, built in 1906. This house is the only house on a triangular block, due to the streets intersecting in an non-orthogonal angle in this area. That gave an opportunity for a new pool in the empty portion of the lot. It recently get a new ensuite bathroom in a classic black and white tile scheme. I liked the Pez dispenser display on the hall wall! #fourthandgill #knoxvilletn #oldhouse #oldhouselove
