Eliel Saarinen House (Cranbrook)

The end of fall is reminding me of a fall trip to Cranbrook during my time in architecture school. We visited the Saarinen House that Eliel Saarinen design for his family to live there when he was president of the school from 1930 to 1950. The house is art deco and the furnishings were customized designed to go with the house. #elielsaarinen #cranbrook #artdecohome #architecture
