Working along side one of today’s most successful entrepreneurs for the past 11 years has given me a behind the scenes look to this unique breed of business savvy individual.
From joining Gary Vaynerchuk’s management team in 2015 to helping launch The Sasha Group in 2019, to standing up vYve by Vayner in 2024; the small business owner operator has landed a special place in my heart. I’ve often called myself the entrepreneur enabler. I’ve worked hard to help as many as I can reach their unique business potential. I rejoice when they win and I hurt when they lose.
This is why after 40 years in Corporate America, I am joining their ranks in my own consulting and advisory firm along with my wife JoAnn. J&J Consulting Services has officially opened for business, and my partnership is anchored in two businesses targeted to the entrepreneurial spirit of small business community.
First vYve which I have co-founded is leadership training, professional development, and masterclass initiatives for those that have an entrepreneurial spirit. This could be C Suiters who wish to think differently. Who recognizes speed matters and you can learn more from your failures than your successes. A community that helps unlock a better you, working from the inside out. This program is for those that want more of themselves and their businesses. Those that wish to sharpen their leadership skills and open their minds to what could be.
Next Factotum where I represent the Chairman role here in the USA helping to bring a successful business from London over to the States. During my 35 years in marketing, I must have helped to acquire more than two dozen small service sector companies. Many sold their businesses to me simply because they hated all the back-office initiatives required for a business to be successful. They simply wanted someone else to handle it. Accounting, Human Resources, IT were often a thorn in their side. Enter Factotum who not only helps with the strategy but the actual in the weed’s execution of bookkeeping and tax, payroll processing, recruiting, compliance, all the marketing and any fractional need from CFO, COO, HR, and CMO.
I sit in the middle of these two companies working together as a 1:2 punch helping to equip small business leaders and their companies for success in an ever-changing business landscape.
An experienced professional is launching J&J Consulting Services to support small business leaders and entrepreneurs, leveraging decades of corporate experience and a passion for enabling business growth. This new firm partners with vYve for leadership training and professional development, and Factotum for comprehensive back-office services and fractional executive support, aiming to equip businesses for success.
