Setting Up Your Pipeline

🗺️ Located on the ‘Investor Pipeline’ tab Note: you must open a round on the ‘Round Planner’ tab to use the pipeline Adding Investors to your Pipeline We recommend adding investors to the ‘Engaged’ stage of the pipeline once you’ve gotten in touch with them (directly or through a connection) Investors, not Firms, can be added to the Pipeline. You can do so by opening a Target List and bulk selecting investors to add, and clicking the “Add to Pipeline” button that appears You can also do so from the Investor Detail Page or Firm Detail Page - on the left side is an “Add to Pipeline” button. If on a Firm Details Page, you’ll be prompted to choose the investor to add to the Pipeline As a reminder, you can use Command+K to jump to an Investor or Firm Detail Page and add them to the Pipeline Customizing your Pipeline Pipeline Stages: Click the “Customize Pipeline” tab in the top right corner to customize stages to match your preferences Custom Labels:  Click the “Customize Pipeline” tab in the top right corner to tag investors in your pipeline with custom labels such as “Lead” and “Follower” View Options: Toggle between table and kanban views with the icon selectors next to the filters. Either way you can drag and drop between stages Status Updates: Keep your pipeline current by clicking on the pencil icon on the right side of each row to update the status when an investor commits or passes Select a pre-filled pass reason, add additional context in the form fill, and mark whether or not they’re a fit for the next round
