I don't even know where to start with Inpeace. Ryan and Matt are hands down not only the best in this grief stricken business, they are also very caring human beings that went above and beyond for me during this heart wrenching time. I've been very blessed and never really experienced death until now. I don't want to go into depth about my story as my mom just passed away on 11/11/2024 and my dad 23 days later on 12/4/2024. Both very unexpected and I am an only child. I don't live in my hometown of NYC and from the very beginning after contacting them Ryan and Matt took care of everything for me for my mom before I got to NYC - And took care of me as well - Ryan always made sure I hanging in there. He called, texted or emailed me every step of the way. I needed papers when my mom passed away and Ryan didn't hesitate - He met me at the court (coffee in hand) to give them to me. They do their job with grace, empathy and an unbelievably kind heart. Cut to my dad passing away. He did not live in NYC. I called Ryan as I didn't know what to do. He found me a funeral home for my dad where he lived to be cremated and talked to the funeral director for me. HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT FOR ME. This funeral director was so cold I was beside myself. Matt offered to talk to him for me. Now you know what I mean by above and beyond. I wish I could give them more stars because I know my mom is saying to them "thank you for taking care of me and my daughter" Thank you Ryan and Matt - I don't have the words to express my gratitude.
