Dirk Beth, a German-American tech founder, investor, and adventurer, leads BKPK, a company delivering modular, automated battery solutions for clean, source-agnostic energy storage across sectors like home backup, defense, data centers, and utilities. With a background in industrial design and hydrogen refueling systems from the University of Michigan, Dirk has held leadership roles in automotive, life sciences, consulting, startups, M&A, and venture capital. He built Mission3, one of the fastest-growing U.S. software companies, and led multiple successful exits including Arivis to Zeiss for ~$30M. A Senior Advisor at Accenture on AI and battery tech, Dirk is passionate about bringing impactful technology to market through ventures like BKPK and X08.ai. Based in Phoenix with his wife, two kids, and rescue dogs, he’s a private pilot, active traveler, and early mover in Arizona’s tech scene.
