Taj Holmes

Taj Holmes is a defense innovation strategist and senior solutions architect with more than 20 years of experience advancing U.S. national security, space, and cyber capabilities. At Amentum, he leads initiatives that bridge defense innovation with operational execution—developing partnerships, accelerating technology adoption, and driving modernization for the Indo-Pacific theater. Previously serving at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USPACOM), Taj oversaw multi-million-dollar portfolios integrating cyberspace and electronic warfare technologies. A Joint Qualified Officer and certified Space Professional, he has collaborated with the Department of Defense, major defense contractors, and research institutions to pioneer next-generation capabilities in space control, C4ISR, and cyber operations. An active member of the Association of Old Crows, Taj continues to champion collaboration across industry, academia, and government to equip warfighters with cutting-edge innovation for the challenges of tomorrow.
