Cowan Cottage by Baumann Brothers

Like Stop 22, this is an outbuilding that is leftover from a much larger house that fronted Cumberland Avenue in the 19th Century. The Cowan Mansion (later also The Briscoe Mansion) was built in 1879 and was designed by the Baumann Brothers. The Cowan Cottage was the home of their gardener.
