I recently lost my mother unexpectedly. I was out of state and had to travel in the middle of the night to get to New York right away. I was so overwhelmed because I had never had to deal with making arrangements for someone's passing. I happened to be on Yelp and found Inpeace by chance. I went to their website and filled out the form and was contacted immediately by Ryan. He was sympathetic and accommodating. He explained the process and essentially made this one of the most easiest parts of this terrible time. I thought this would have been the most tedious part of this loss but it wasn't. They took care of everything and kept constant open lines of communication. I was able to text, call, or email without any waits for correspondence. Although I hope to never have to use their services again, I know that it might be necessary again one day. But if and when that day comes I will most definitely use Inpeace again. I will also emphatically recommend them to anyone in need of cremation services. My father picked up my mothers ashes on my behalf and met with Ryan. As soon as he left, he called me and said "he has a real kindness to him, you can just feel it." I couldn't agree more.
