William A. & Alice S. Lotspeich House

Continuing on this year's Fourth and Gill Home Tour is this house built in 1904 by William A. and Alice S. Lotspeich, also labeled under the picturesque vernacular style like the E.B and Bertie Jones house. It is one of the larger homes in the neighborhood, and therefore a good candidate for subdividing into apartments during the Great Depression.
