Robert's Rental House

The last stop on this year's Fourth & Gill Tour of Homes is the Robert's Rental House. Thomas P. and Lovenia B. Roberts built a house on the next street over (Deery) in 1885. Lovenia was the sister of Joseph and Albert Baumann (of the Baumann Brothers Architects). Then in 1910, the Roberts built this Vernacular Queen Anne Cottage rental house on the rear of their lot (facing Gratz).
