This Parkridge Barber house was built in 1890 in the Queen Anne style. It is Design No. 264 from Modern Dwellings. The 4th image is a rendering of the house from the book (via McClung Historical Collection). The 5th and 6th images are one version of the floor plans. The 7th and 8th images are a second version of the floor plans. It looks like this house was close to the second version, but with a little variation. It was divided into apartments at one time (with an enclosed porch).
