Erik Warner
Co-Founder • Eagle Point Hotel Partners Erik Waner has been in hotel operations for over 25 years. From his first job as a housekeeper at a four diamond hotel in Wilmington, Delaware to his ownership of four different hotel management companies over the past ten years, including Arbus Hospitality. Simultaneously with these investments, Erik is the co-founder of Eagle Point Hotel Partners, a value-add hotel real estate investment platform that has, over the last ten years, invested just under $700mm in the hospitality sector as well as the ILC, a leading independent hotel conference company.
