Lane Teitelbaum, Howard's brother, heads the boys basketball program at Creekside High School in St. Johns County, bringing over a decade of coaching experience from his time at The Bolles School.

The Creekside Knights compete in one of Florida's toughest districts, based at the school's 77 acre campus in St. Johns, Florida, just south of the Jacksonville metro area.

Built in 2008 to relieve overcrowding at Bartram Trail High School, Creekside High School now serves over 2,500 students in northwest St. Johns County, including Howard's own kids.
