SilverLeaf is an 11,000 acre master planned community in St. Johns County that has become one of the fastest growing developments in the country, with a second amenity center opening in April 2026 to keep pace with demand.

EverRange is a new 1,000 acre master planned community from The PARC Group, the same developer behind Nocatee, sitting between eTown and Nocatee off Philips Highway.

A planned 63,225 square foot urban marketplace called The Hub at Nocatee is coming to the community, featuring outdoor seating, weekend live music, and a mix of restaurant and retail concepts, expected to open in 2028.

A new K-8 school, Sabal Crest Academy, is set to open in Nocatee for the 2026-2027 school year, joining the county's existing lineup of highly rated schools as new construction continues to bring families to the area.
