# Browser Fetch: Open Source Tool for Web Content Scraping

🦾Eric Nowoslawski 15h Report this post Browser Use open sourced another amazing tool for us in GTM they are calling browser fetch. A tool to turn any website page into markdown for free. Here's where to get it. Browser use has been pumping out some of my favorite open source and free tech. - Browser harness for phenomenal browser automation - we're using it build Clay tables for free. - Video use - helping me edit videos and post to a secret second channel to see some organic experiments we are trying to learn from. And now brwoser fetch - a free way for us to scrape web content from pages Markdown or JSON, ready to use from any URL. > renders JS & beats Cloudflare, bot walls, and IP bans > built-in proxies — no scrapers, no per-site APIs to maintain > fan out across thousands of pages at once, zero rate limits Huge to add to your Claude Code/Codex Md files right now. …more 60 13 Comments Like Comment Share Copy LinkedIn Facebook X Mike Boscia Now Report this comment Ah, this is very timely. I have a very specific scraper use case I wanted to industrialize. This will be useful. Found a 'Fetch Browser' by TheSethRose though, seems to do a similar task. Did anyone else find the tool yet? Like Reply 1 Reaction Ankush Goyal 14h Report this comment The part that stands out for me is how Browser Fetch skips the usual headaches with Cloudflare and bot walls. Most free tools break on anything dynamic or protected. Having markdown or JSON output ready to drop into workflows cuts out a ton of manual cleanup. This is a real step up for anyone building data pipelines on the fly. Like Reply 1 Reaction Danny Chepenko 15h Report this comment how that compared with firecrawl?
