# The Mariposa Bridge: Burbank Rancho's Most Historic Asset Most Residents Can't Name

Roy W Simison on August 2, 2025 at 9:08 am I am a resident of the Burbank Rancho on Mariposa street and the Rancho is in a crisis situation there is a proposes five story 40 unit condominium that is being allowed to be built at 910s Mariposa at the Mariposa horse bridge , this is right on the property line of land owned by River LA and the Santa Monica mountain conservency and is protected land as a LosAngeles river wildlife corridor . We need your help if we are to preserve a unique and rare area for future generations to enjoy that link to Griffith Park. Reply
