Here's the first one built in 1910 in the Folk Victorian style. This design (No. 9) is from Barber's Cottage Souvenir 2. The middle images are from the book (via McClung Historical Collection), showing some elevations and plan options. The house was renovated in 2013 (see the last photo for a Google Streetview for a before image). The owner was hoping the trim from the plan book was underneath the asbestos siding but found just plain siding.
