# AI Implementation Tips for Young Entrepreneurs

Termsheetinator @termsheetinator AI Implementation youngsters, it’s time to: 1. Get uncomfortable. 2. Cold call local businesses. 3. Get one owner to agree to let you show up for a few hours. 4. Tell your friend to grab a camera and come with you. 5. Interview the owner. 6. Interview the employees. 7. Walk through the business. 8. Watch how the work actually gets done. 9. Find one painful inefficiency. 10. Automate it for free. But the offer matters. You are not calling them saying: “Hey, can I come film your business?” Nobody cares. The offer has to hit the outcome first. The cold call: “Jake?” Wait for him to confirm. “Jake, great. I’ve got about 4-6 minutes before my next meeting, so I wanted to quickly give you a ring. This isn't a typical cold call. I’m about 15 minutes out from you guys, and what I’m about to offer is 100% free. The end result is we get a lot more eyeballs on your business, professionally showcase what you guys do, and we try to find one process inside the company that we can automate and save you roughly 10–20 hours a week on. There’s no charge for any of it. Can I continue or do you want to walk away never knowing what the offer is? Wait for confirmation.. What we’re doing is building a new-age media channel around real businesses in industries like logistics, manufacturing, trades and services. We come down with cameras, spend a few hours with you and the team, film the operation, interview you, and show people what actually goes into running a business like yours. Then we handle all the editing and distribution. The idea is to put companies like yours in front of a much bigger audience, highlight the people behind them, and hopefully get the next generation more interested in working in, buying from, or even starting businesses in these industries. Then while we’re there, we study how the business operates and look for one repetitive or painful process that’s eating up time. If we find one we can solve, we build the automation for you for free, come back, install it and document the result. So the end result for you is: -More exposure for the business -Professional content around the company and your story -Distribution across our media channels -Potential exposure to future customers, employees and partners -And ideally 10–20 hours a week given back to the business through automation All we need from you is a few hours one day while we’re there, then a couple more hours when we come back and deliver what we built. I’m not trying to coordinate the whole thing right now. Would you be against jumping on a quick call this week so I can show you exactly what we’re doing and see if it makes sense to pick a day?” That’s the offer. Not: “Let me make content about you.” But: Let me get more eyeballs on your business, professionally tell your story, and try to remove 10–20 hours of bullshit from your operation every week. For free. Then once they agree, book the coordination call. Pick the day. Show up with cameras. And when you get there, strengthen the commitment. Tell them: “Today I don’t want the polished version of the business. Show me the annoying tasks. Show me what gets repeated every day. Show me what employees complain about. Show me what requires copying information between systems. Show me what requires constant follow-ups. Show me the spreadsheets. Show me the sticky notes. Show me what somebody has to remember to do manually. Show me the thing you would love to never have to deal with again. If we find something we can genuinely improve, I want your commitment that you’ll let us build it, test it inside the business, and document the before and after.” Now film everything. One visit becomes: 1. A YouTube video 2. 10 LinkedIn posts 3. 20 tweets 4. Instagram Reels 5. TikToks 6. Facebook content 7. Before/after clips 8. Founder interviews 9. Employee interviews 10. Educational clips 11. Behind-the-scenes content 12. Customer stories 13. A case study 14. A VSL You can create a month of content from one afternoon inside one real business. Then actually fix the problem. -Automate it. -Document the before and after. -Measure the result. -Get the owner’s reaction. -Get the employees’ reaction. -Turn the transformation into a case study. -Turn the case study into a VSL. -Build an offer around the exact problem you solved. -Cold email thousands of businesses that look exactly like them. -Point the outbound toward the proof. -Book another business. -Repeat. Now you’re no longer cold emailing: “We help businesses automate workflows with AI.” You’re emailing: “We spent a day inside a 30-person logistics company, found this exact problem, automated it, and saved their team 14 hours a week.” Completely different game. You’re building proof. You’re building distribution. You’re building relationships with real business owners. You’re learning how businesses actually operate. You’re creating offers based on real problems instead of guessing what the market wants. And every business you visit gives you more content, more proof, more knowledge and another reason for the next owner to say yes. Stop hiding behind cold email. (I know, i'm one to speak but I'm doxxing soon and we're running all these content playbooks i'm going to be posting) Stop hiding behind funnels. Stop hiding behind your laptop. Get in front of the camera. Put your face behind your business. Talk to real business owners. Solve real problems. Create proof. Turn proof into content. Turn content into distribution. Turn distribution into inbound. Then use outbound to pour gasoline on the entire thing. 1. Cold call 2. Book the coordination call 3. Show up 4. Film 5. Interview 6. Diagnose 7. Fix 8. Document 9. Distribute 10. VSL 11. Outbound 12. Repeat GET OUT THERE, YOU HAVE ONE LIFE. 3:45 PM · Aug 14, 2026 1.5K Views 8 30 35
