# The St. Marys Public Library

Home Departments Library The St. Mary's Library, founded in 1821 by Archibald Clark, has been a cornerstone of our community for over two centuries. It proudly offers many resources and services to citizens of all ages.  Whether you're a child discovering the joy of reading in our dedicated Children's Section or an adult exploring a vast collection of books in subjects ranging from science and history to fiction and nonfiction, there's something for everyone. Our library also features onsite computers for public use and hosts a variety of clubs and events throughout the year, ensuring there’s always something engaging for individuals and families alike. In addition to our diverse collection, we offer a beautiful small Community Garden where visitors can connect with nature. We host educational programs throughout the year, including talks from animal experts, historical reenactments, and other fun learning experiences that bring history and knowledge to life. The St. Marys Library is proud to continue supporting and enriching our community through education, entertainment, and connection.
