An overview of the FM S60 system: a fully bonded sheet membrane assembly designed for above-grade

Core Components 
SP1 Primer : bonds the membrane to the concrete substrate. Without full coverage, the membrane
lifts at edges and seams over time. 
S60 Sheet Membrane : the primary waterproofing layer. Seam laps and terminations are the two
most common failure points. 
DM2 Drainage Mat : sits above the membrane and channels water to the scuppers. Orientation
matters: installed backwards, water pools on the membrane instead of draining off it. 
Protection Board : shields the membrane from point loads and abrasion during topping placement
and long-term use.
