A playbook from someone who runs the motion every day is far more useful than another generic GTM framework sitting in a slide deck. A framework becomes far more useful when it comes with the context of someone who has actually tested it, learned where it breaks, and turned it into a repeatable play. There’s a big difference between knowing what someone did and understanding the judgment behind why they did it. Curious how much of that context survives when a play becomes an installable skill. A tactic becomes much more valuable when someone who has already tested it in the real world turns it into a repeatable skill others can plug into their workflow.
