Open Clever ParentSquare Schoology for 5th Grade Families Students use Clever to access Schoology, Microsoft 365, and other links for students. For online textbooks, students in grades K-5 use Clever. Parents use ParentSquare for school communication and Schoology to keep track of schoolwork. You may also click the link to report the absence and attach a doctor’s note. Report an Absence *Phone calls will not be accepted. We appreciate your support. Volunteer and Student Check Out Procedures A drivers license or State ID is required at all times on school property and when checking your student out. Please remember that ALL visitors and volunteers entering the school must be an approved volunteer through the county. If you have NOT filled out application, please complete the School Access Form . Please do not reapply if you have already made an application in St. Johns County. Volunteers will automatically be updated in the system after 3 years. Please remember to allow 1-4 weeks for your application to process. Please track your volunteer time with our Volunteer Time Sheet . Summer 2026 High School Facility Use In an effort to promote community health and well-being this summer, SJCSD will open its high school facilities to the public on select Wednesday evenings throughout the summer. FortifyFL FortifyFL is a mobile app and web-based tool that allows students, parents, and community members in Florida to anonymously report suspicious activities, potential threats, or safety concerns related to schools. The app immediately forwards these reports to appropriate law enforcement agencies and school officials for rapid response. School Access School access (proceeding past the front office of any school) is required for every individual that is not a staff member of the St. Johns County School District. This is done through completion of the district’s volunteer application . School access is good for 3 years.
